View at Home appointments
View at home service must be booked by customers aged 18 or over.
For an appointment booked on behalf of another person, the person present at the appointment will be deemed to have accepted any choices of products and the work process relating to the relevant work to be carried out.
View at home appointments must be attended by an adult over 18 years.
We reserve the right to refuse any view at home appointments or to proceed with fitting service if a customer has behaved in an inappropriate, misleading or abusive manner.
We reserve the right to refuse any view at home appointments or to proceed with fitting service if a customer has repeatedly cancelled appointments without valid reason.
We also reserve the right to refuse View at home service anytime if we believe the site to be unsafe.

All appointments dates and times requested are subject to availability, we will email and call you to confirm. We aim to make sure that we fulfil every appointment booked. On rare occasions if we are unable to keep our appointment, we will contact you to set up an alternative date and time convenient for you.
If you are not home for an appointment we will wait for 20 minutes before moving on to our next customer. We understand due to unavoidable circumstances you may not be able to keep up to an appointment therefore we will make every effort to rebook an appointment at your convenience.
We only offer our professional fitting service to floor covering purchased from Wholesale Flooring Supplies.
Any measurements taken and plans created remain the intellectual property of Wholesale Flooring Supplies.
We only share your contact and address information with fitters once you have confirmed the order and fitting service with us. We do not share any of your information with any other company or for marketing purposes by any other company.

Quotation
We quote for the completion of the job* as agreed. We will detail all product information, services and additional services on the quotation and the invoice
*Excludes very rare major subfloor issues which may arise at the time of installation which cannot be surveyed/ visual at the time of the survey. However we will make every effort to ascertain such issues at the time of the survey and inform you of any likely hood of such issues.

We include estimated wastage for all relevant materials and carry additional accessories not quoted for in case we may need. We will offer you to keep any products remaining for future use or in the event of any accidental damages. Due to the nature of the goods cannot exchange/refund for any excess materials. However we will estimate the wastage quantities accurately at the best of our ability.
